Karl Rove's Sole Inspiration

Since Rove is back with warlike vigor just in time to inspire the troops before midterm elections, it seems appropriate to highlight his driving force ... his sole inspiration ... Picasso's Guernica. A painting revered as a savage reminder of the horrors of war. It even hangs outside the United Nation's Security Council room so negotiators won't forget. But The Architect of the Bush presidency doesn't need to negotiate because horror is burned into his brain. He remembers better than anyone that horror -- of war, of dictators, of immigrants, of liberals -- gets voters to the polls. So while his opponents try to debate, he canvasses, and fills each canvas with the skill of Picasso.
